Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Always Sunday Shop is pleased to accept returns for products within 14 days from the delivery date. 

•Item(s) must be returned in original condition and packaging, including all original tags, paperwork, manuals, or accessories. Returned item(s) must be unused, unaltered, and undamaged.

• If you are returning an item for any reason, please contact hello@alwayssundayshop.com. We will review it and give you an authorized return number within 1-2 business days.

•Customers are responsible for the additional costs associated with return.

•If returned items are not in the same condition as when they were sent, we will refuse or return the package to you with a shipping charge.

•Returned merchandise will receive a minimum 20% restocking fee, depending on the item(s) condition.

•If the original order qualified for free and promotional shipping, original shipping costs will be deducted.

•Original shipping fees will be refunded only if the item was shipped incorrectly or damaged. Otherwise, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We suggest shipping all returns using a traceable delivery method, as we cannot refund or replace them without proof of delivery.

•Return Credit will be issued after the inspection of the returned item(s) is completed and will always be issued to the same card to which they were initially charged.

Refused Package / Undelivered as Addressed (Return To Sender)

•If you wish to have your order reshipped, an additional payment will be needed for the shipping cost.

•Unwilling or unable to pay for shipping, the package will be treated as a regular return. A 10% restocking fee will be applied, and shipping costs are not refundable. 

Ineligible Items for return

•Clearance, Special Sale, Promotional, and Special Order items.

•Any used product damaged by customers, missing pieces, and missing packaging materials.
